Our spring conference in Burlington with Dr. Joan Hughes gave us a lot to think about when assess technology in our schools. Joan’s presentation featured a new tool she uses in technology assessment, R.A.T which stands for Replacement, Amplification, Transformation. This tool can be used to assess the level of technology in a teaching lesson. See her power point posted on our web site.
